Got home from work and changed into my gym gear, walked down there and arrived at 18:00. Checked the swim session info and discovered that the pool was not available until 19:35. I also realised that I had left Charlie's session info at home, fortunatly I could remember the exercises, but not the weights, or reps he wanted me to do. I also had at least 30 minutes more than last Monday. So this is what I did (Sets * Reps * Weight * exercise):
1) 6 * 10 * 60kg (2 greens each side) * Frame Deadlifts
2) 6 * 10 * 20kg * Goblet squats
3) 6 * 10 * Inclined pushups
4) 6 * 10 * 12kg * left arm rows
5) 6 * 10 * 12kg * right arm rows
6) 6 * 10 * Body Weight * left leg lunge
7) 6 * 10 * Body weight * right leg lunge
8) 10 * 10 * Alternate arm and leg raise (100 each side, 200 total)
9) As much plank as possible in the remaining time (Sorry didn't get to 5 minutes)
Finished at 19:30
THEN 10 minutes gentle cycle waiting for the pool to become available
30 minutes breast stroke (did try some freestyle, nearly died)
Then 15 minutes in the dry sauna
Finally walked home
3 hours door to door
Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day.

1 & 2 were done alternately
4 & 5 were done alternately
6 & 7 were done alternately
